Library Programs & Meeting Rooms
Due to the high demand for space within the library, Eureka Public Library's meeting rooms are dedicated to library-initiated programs only. The purpose of this space is to support library events, meetings, and programs. No space or facilities are available to rent from the library at this time.
All library-initiated programs are designed to support the mission of the library, that being to provide an environment which encourages habits of life-long learning and self-expression. While the Library Director and Program Coordinator welcome suggestions for programs, factors such as staffing, cost, programming initiatives, content, room size, and accessibility will be considered in determining what programs will be held at the library.
If you have a suggestion for a library program, please fill out our contact form. If you would like to present a program, please fill out our program proposal form.
Future speakers: please print and sign the agreement form below prior to your program.

Patron Registration Policy

Photo Release Policy
The Eureka Public Library District staff may take photographs of participants, individually or in groups, attending or taking part in library programs and activities. These photographs may appear in future publications, websites, or social media of the library without the permission of the person(s) being photographed. If a library patron does not wish himself/herself or his/her child to be photographed, the patron must notify the library staff to that effect or consent will be assumed.
