  • The document should not be signed or dated ahead of time. It must be signed in the presence of the notary.
  • If witnesses are required in addition to a notary, patrons must provide their own witnesses. The library cannot provide witnesses, and witnesses may not be solicited from patrons using the library.
We now have public wi-fi access inside during our business hours and immediately outside the building 24 hours a day.
We offer free photo or document scanning to email or USB drive.

We also offer USB drives for sale at the circulation desk.
We have six public computer stations available for use by patrons aged 14 and older. Patrons must sign an agreement prior to using our computers for the first time. Please record the time used on the provided clipboard beside each computer. Time at the computer will be limited to 30 minutes when someone is waiting. Please be respectful of others while using the computers to view videos/listen to audio by using headphones. Printing from the public computers is 25¢/side for black & white and $1.00/side for color.

We offer earbuds for sale at the circulation desk.
When the library is open, staff provides eBook tech help by appointment. Call us at 309.467.2922 ext. 1 to set up an appointment with a staff member. Bring your fully charged device and all of your device passwords to the appointment.
