Project XV Museum​
Project XV Museum, in downtown El Paso, Illinois is the only comprehensive, nonpartisan voting rights museum in the nation! The museum is built alongside the historic barbershop of David Strother - the first African American man to vote in Illinois after the passage of the 15th Amendment. REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
