EPLD PROGRAM PROPOSAL
If you’d like to present a program at Eureka Public Library, please read the information from our Program Agreement below and then fill out the online Program Proposal Form. Please note: Planning is typically done 4 months or more prior to the program date. Due to the high volume of program proposals received, the Library is unable to individually respond to each inquiry. All submissions are reviewed. If accepted, a Library staff member will contact you and provide you with a copy of the Program Agreement to sign. Any materials dropped off are considered a donation. Program AgreementThe EPLD Program Policy establishes the mission and intent of library programming initiatives as well as stipulations on program protocol. Please review the following items and sign at the bottom to acknowledge your agreement.
