EPLD PROGRAM PROPOSAL
If you’d like to present a program at Eureka Public Library, please read the information from our Program Agreement below and then fill out the online Program Proposal Form. Please note: Planning is typically done 3-4 months prior to the program date. Due to the number of program proposals received, the Library is unable to individually respond to each inquiry. All submissions are reviewed. If accepted, a Library staff member will contact you and provide you with a copy of the Program Agreement to sign. Any materials dropped off are considered a donation. Program AgreementThe EPLD Program Agreement establishes the mission and intent of library programming initiatives as well as stipulations on program protocol.
